About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to secure deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas), including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information.
  • Set and attend appointments with business owners, working closely with your local Payroll Division Manager (PDM) or Territory Manager (PTM).
  • Present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses, using the tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, for lead generation, sales presentations, and on-the-spot client financial analysis.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with your leader to stay updated on the latest product/service portfolio and industry trends.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of the Auris product/service portfolio and financial technology industry to remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
  • At least two years of relevant experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
  • Ability to work 50% or more in the field

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on performance and can range from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Benefits include:
