Field Sales Representative - Connecticut, US

About the role

Modern Milkman is seeking field sales reps for its Connecticut team. Reps deliver farm-fresh milk, dairy, and everyday essentials to customers' doors, sourced from local farms including Oakridge Dairy in Ellington, CT. The role involves door-to-door visits, event participation, and street sales.

Key responsibilities

• Knock doors across Connecticut neighborhoods, building genuine connections and signing up new customers
• Represent the brand at events and street activations, setting up and breaking down stands, displays, and signage
• Capture leads, contact information, and feedback for the team to follow up on
• Set and manage personal targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to grow earnings
• Hit weekly sign-up targets and contribute to overall territory growth
• Return company property and uniform in good condition
• Communicate regularly with your manager about results, learning, and observations

• Resilience and handling rejection
• Availability to work weekdays and some weekends
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle
