About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will roll out and into a new kind of sales role. Your primary responsibility is to upgrade our relationships with existing customers, showcasing the best of our technology and services. You'll engage customers with solutions that fit their needs, meeting them on their terms, and closing sales confidently in their home environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make the sale, share your skills and knowledge, build rapport quickly, and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Be proactive and a self-starter, grow your skillset, and bring sales experience/seller's mindset.
  • Maintain an excellent customer experience, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to going above and beyond.
  • Bring a valid driver’s license, be ready to drive, and work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required, outside sales experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Between $61,600 to $100,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

Schedule

Regular, 40 hours per week, with a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
