Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager
- Exceptional “hunter” sales skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to motivate distributors and end users
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies within a designated territory
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt sales tactics accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, with a record of building long-term client relationships
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively

Benefits
- Salary: $120-140K base plus bonus
- Frequent travel within the territory required (50-75%)

Preferred Education and Experience
- MBA or advanced certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Experience working with or in industries related to manufacturing, construction, or industrial products
- Knowledge of the specific market dynamics within the Central Region
- Experience with product training and promotional program development
- Experience attending industry trade shows and participating in professional associations
