About the Role
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca-Cola brands within field-level accounts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve volume targets for channel of business
- Achieve performance profit targets
- Train and develop account management team
- Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste, and break)
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required and vehicle required
- 4+ years experience in beverage, food, or equivalent industry required
- 2+ years previous experience in a leadership role required
- 2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
