About the role

Lead a High-Performing Sales Team While Helping Families Protect Their Financial Future

Responsibilities

  • Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations and present personalized insurance solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Mentor, coach, and support field sales representatives to help them achieve their goals.
  • Lead by example through strong sales performance and professionalism.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
  • Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field sales.
  • Current Life Insurance License or the ability to obtain one in accordance with state licensing requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a field sales environment.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Preferred candidates have experience in one or more of the following: Client-facing or customer service roles, Working directly with the general public, Outside sales, Door-to-door sales, In-home sales, Insurance sales, Leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team, Consultative sales, Relationship management and client retention.
