Lead a High-Performing Sales Team While Helping Families Protect Their Financial Future
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations and present personalized insurance solutions.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Mentor, coach, and support field sales representatives to help them achieve their goals.
- Lead by example through strong sales performance and professionalism.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field sales.
- Current Life Insurance License or the ability to obtain one in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Previous sales experience.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a field sales environment.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Preferred candidates have experience in one or more of the following: Client-facing or customer service roles, Working directly with the general public, Outside sales, Door-to-door sales, In-home sales, Insurance sales, Leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team, Consultative sales, Relationship management and client retention.
