Field Sales - Dental Laboratory

MRM Dental Lab has been providing high-quality dental restorations with life-like aesthetics through the combination of scientific expertise and artistic craftsmanship since 1995. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

About the role

This is a full-time on-site role for a field sales representative. You will promote and sell MRM Dental Lab's products and services to dental offices and laboratories in person, by phone, and email. Your day will begin and end at our office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, but you will primarily spend your time traveling to different dental practices. A company car, tolls, and gas will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Tracking sales leads and activities
• Participating in sales presentations and events

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous field sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, and retail do not apply)
• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Effective time-management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of dental procedures and materials
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior medical sales experience

Pay

Base salary range of $60,000–$65,000 with an opportunity for a 5% bonus commission.
