Job Summary
TLC is expanding its nationwide network of restaurant and small business partnerships, and we are looking for driven, high-energy Field Sales Agents to help grow our footprint across the U.S.
Core Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call center sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining consistent outbound activity
- Customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred Skills (Bonus Qualifications)
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems
- Familiarity with AI research and productivity tools
- Experience drafting outreach scripts, sales messaging, or email sequences
- Lead generation and prospect research experience using online databases and digital tools
- Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality, retail, or SMB businesses is a plus
Compensation
This role offers a commission structure with strong earning potential tied directly to performance.
