Field Safety Manager - Traveling

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees during travel. Conducts risk assessments, implements safety protocols, and responds to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments for all travel-related activities
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency response plans
• Respond to and manage travel-related incidents and emergencies
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in workplace safety
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with travel management software
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually
