Field RV/Specialty Estimator - National General
Key Responsibilities
- Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
- Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
- Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Buils mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
- Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities

Pay
Compensation base offered for this role is: Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49-$40.99/hour
Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03-$43.70/hour
Field Adjuster Sr Cons I: $35.82-$50.24/hour
Schedule
Compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
