Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
  • Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
  • Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
  • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
  • Manage the crew’s start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensure tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
  • Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
  • Use a designated company-mandated reporting tool to complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
  • Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
  • Order, track, and monitor inventory and ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
  • Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
  • Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
  • Maintain and manage the Field Reps.
  • Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
  • Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
  • Cook up and manage project schedules.
  • Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
  • Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.

Experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • 30-hour OSHA certification
  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.

Other Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Pay

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $75,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
