Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
- Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
- Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
- Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
- Manage the crew’s start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensure tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
- Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
- Use a designated company-mandated reporting tool to complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
- Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
- Order, track, and monitor inventory and ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
- Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
- Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
- Maintain oversight of the Field Reps, consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation, and work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
- Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
- Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required
Other Skills And Abilities
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
