Field Residential Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Field Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to residential properties within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on residential properties
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with property owners and management teams
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of related experience in residential maintenance or similar field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficient in using common hand and power tools

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of building systems and appliances

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• First aid and CPR certification

Pay
