Field Repair Technician

About the role

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking full-time, year-round professionals to join our field team. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Window and door repairs and installations
• Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs
• Exterior home improvement projects
• General repair and service work
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining a safe and professional job site

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Skills

• Hands-on work and problem-solving skills
• Outdoor work experience
• Basic tool proficiency
