Field Repair Technician

About the role
Residential Repairs & Installation in the Chicagoland area. Full-time, year-round position with earnings of $50,000–$70,000+ per year. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our field team—whether you have experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, doors, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor. We can teach the right person the technical skills; what we can’t teach is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Window and door repairs and installations
- Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs
- Exterior home improvement projects
- General repair and service work
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
- Maintaining a safe and professional job site
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
- Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
