For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Rare Disease-Northeast to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on improving patient access to rare disease therapies across the assigned territory, with an emphasis on reimbursement support and account-level pull-through. The position partners closely with healthcare providers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to help ensure patients can start and stay on therapy. Success in this role will require strong knowledge of payers, specialty distribution, and the operational details that affect access and adherence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,600 – $209,600 annually Responsibilities Establish healthcare provider and office understanding of access services and patient-specific support Support identification and management of treatment site locations Ensure optimal patient access and follow up on account-level pull-through Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatments Build collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and educate physician offices Conduct daily case update meetings and communicate status to field partners Distribute reimbursement materials and assist healthcare providers with inquiries Demonstrate effective territory planning and time management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or device fields, especially rare diseases Preferred experience in market access, account management, or trade Strong preference for Buy & Bill and specialty pharmacy experience with a focus on rare diseases Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills Knowledge of reimbursement policies for private payers, Medicare, and Medicaid Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time Benefits Remote work environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge rare disease therapies Collaboration with cross-functional teams Impact on patient journey and access to therapy Professional growth and development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
