We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about Zimmer Biomet, then "What You Can Expect" describing role, then "How You'll Create Impact" (responsibilities), then "What Makes You Stand Out" (skills/qualities), then "Your Background" (qualifications), then "Preferred Qualification:" bullet list, then "Minimum Qualification:" etc. Also "Physical Requirements Travel Expectations" includes travel and salary range. Also "EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability" is boilerplate to remove. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (intro about Zimmer Biomet and role description). Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: "How You'll Create Impact" list. Then qualifications: "Your Background" includes preferred and minimum qualifications. Could be "Qualifications". Skills: "What Makes You Stand Out" could be "Skills". Benefits: maybe not explicit benefits besides "development opportunities, robust employee resource groups (ERGs), a flexible working environment, location specific competitive total rewards, wellness incentives and a culture of recognition and performance awards." That's in intro paragraph. So we can have Benefits section with those items. Pay: salary range given: $150,000-$175,000 annually plus bonus. So Pay section. Schedule: travel expectations: up to 75% travel. That's schedule? Could be Schedule section with travel expectation. Or we could put travel under Schedule. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings as appropriate. We must not include headings with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract content: About the role: Intro paragraph about Zimmer Biomet mission, plus "What You Can Expect" description of role. Could combine. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "How You'll Create Impact". Those are duties. Qualifications: "Your Background" includes preferred qualifications and minimum qualification. Could be under Qualifications. Skills: "What Makes You Stand Out" list of skills/attributes. Benefits: The intro includes "development opportunities, robust employee resource groups (ERGs), a flexible working environment, location specific competitive total rewards, wellness incentives and a culture of recognition and performance awards." Also maybe "As a Zimmer Biomet team member, you will share in our commitment..." but that's more about mission. We'll extract benefits. Pay: salary range plus bonus. Schedule: Travel expectations: up to 75% travel, field-based position requiring regular travel. We must not include boilerplate like EOE etc. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Preferred Qualification: Demonstrated ability to interpret CMS and commercial payer policies and translate reimbursement requirements into clear, actionable guidance.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred: AMERCPC, CCS, CPMA, or another recognized coding or reimbursement certification.

Alternatively we could put these as
    • but the instruction says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications is a list of requirements, so better to use
        • . Let's do that. Thus:

          Qualifications

          • Experience supporting pain management, cryotherapy, or other procedural medical technologies (Preferred)
          • Strong working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, APCs, DRGs, and other applicable reimbursement methodologies (Preferred)
          • Experience working directly with physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, coders, billers, revenue cycle teams, and healthcare administrators (Preferred)
          • Demonstrated ability to analyze and address complex claims, denials, underpayments, coverage issues, and reimbursement challenges (Preferred)
          • Demonstrated ability to interpret CMS and commercial payer policies and translate reimbursement requirements into clear, actionable guidance (Preferred)
          • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience (Minimum)
          • AMERCPC, CCS, CPMA, or another recognized coding or reimbursement certification (Preferred)
But we need to preserve the exact wording; we can keep the label inside li. Now Skills section: "What Makes You Stand Out" list.

          Skills

          • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
          • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.
          • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within an assigned geography and/or nationally, based on business needs.
          • Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism in customer-facing situations.
          • Operates with a high degree of accountability, initiative, and responsiveness.
          • Builds credibility with internal and external stakeholders through expertise, collaboration, and follow-through.
          • Navigates ambiguity effectively and adapts to changing business and reimbursement environments.
          • Contributes positively to a culture of compliance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Benefits: from intro: development opportunities, robust employee resource groups (ERGs), a flexible working environment, location specific competitive total rewards, wellness incentives and a culture of recognition and performance awards. We'll put as list.

          Benefits

          • Development opportunities
          • Robust employee resource groups (ERGs)
          • Flexible working environment

          Pay

This role has a salary range of $150,000‑$175,000 annually plus bonus.

          Schedule: travel expectations.

          Schedule

This is a field‑based position requiring regular travel to customer sites, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, industry meetings, and internal business meetings. Travel may be up to 75% if needed, depending on geography and business needs.

We should not include any other boilerplate. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. Now ensure we didn't include any extraneous text like "Preferred Qualification:" inside li? It's okay to keep as part of li text. But we might want to keep the exact phrasing: "Experience supporting pain management, cryotherapy, or other procedural medical technologies". That's fine. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we have included all. Check if any other substantive info: The intro also mentions "As a Zimmer Biomet team member, you will share in our commitment to providing mobility and renewed life to people around the world." Already in About the role. Also "To support our talent team, we focus on development opportunities, robust employee resource groups (ERGs), a flexible working environment, location specific competitive total rewards, wellness incentives and a culture of recognition and performance awards." Already in Benefits. Also "We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised." Already in About the role. Also "The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in
