Responsibilities
- Planner, coordinator, deliverer, and assessor of nursing care for patients and their families.
- Ensure all services meet professional standards, regulatory requirements, and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, BSN, or MSN).
- Nursing experience, preferably in home care or a related field.
- 2+ years of management experience, ideally in home care.
Pay
$130k - $140k
