About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment
- Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean work environment by following regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to uphold resident confidence
- Managing documentation of care services
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
