Responsibilities
- Developing and updating nursing policies and procedures
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing support to Residents and families to create a compassionate environment
- Answering questions and disseminating information to Residents and Staff
- Ensuring a safe, clean environment by adhering to regulations
- Managing confidential resident information to promote confidence
- Auditing and maintaining accurate documentation of resident care
- Overseeing inventory and other duty-specific tasks
Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Experience in Long-Term Care
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation
