Field Quality Assurance Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Cultivate final quality inspections on completed roofing projects.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners during final walkthroughs.
• Verify workmanship meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Identify and coordinate corrections before project completion.
• Document completed work with photos and maintain accurate project records.
• Manage and coordinate warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Close completed jobs by verifying all required documentation, inspections, and customer approvals are complete.
• Investigate and process chargebacks, documenting findings and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.
• Cookordination with production, sales, and service departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Aid with municipal or insurance inspections when required.

• Roofing or construction experience preferred.
