About the role
OnSight PROS is seeking Field Property Technicians to visit rental homes and document their conditions.
Responsibilities
- Visit single-family homes to document property conditions
- Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed
- Provide professional and courteous customer service when on-site
- Maintain confidentiality when handling property information
- Perform light maintenance tasks when needed, including:
- Carrying and using ladders
- Replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters
- Fixing door stops
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- To be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy
- Your own insured vehicle for work use
- Comfortable using a 4-ft. ladder and basic tools
- Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code
- Strong communication skills are REQUIRED — must be responsive and able to maintain consistent communication with the company throughout the workday
