About the role

Flexera is hiring a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing across an assigned set of NAM territories. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a proactive, hands-on marketer with a strong B2B SaaS background, deep understanding of the NAM market, and a track record of driving pipeline and bookings. You'll be the marketing business partner to local sales and partner leaders - owning the regional plan, executing integrated programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to build pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen Flexera's market presence across NAM. We're looking for creativity, energy, and a sharp instinct for engaging buyers and partners in meaningful, measurable ways.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Build and own a regional marketing plan that aligns Flexera's corporate strategy, NAM sales priorities, and local market dynamics.
  • Maintain a rolling 6+ month plan, refreshed continuously based on pipeline performance, intent data, and market feedback.
  • Develop and pressure-test ideas with sales and marketing leadership, securing alignment before execution.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Localize and activate global campaigns (DGF, ABM, intent-driven, event-driven) to fit NAM market dynamics and territory needs.
  • Select the right mix of channels and tactics - events, webinars, digital, and executive engagement - to hit pipeline goals.
  • Design programs against the "Metrics that Matter" and track performance end-to-end.

Partner Marketing

  • Partner closely with Global Partner Marketing to build and activate co-marketing plans with priority NAM partners (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, hyperscalers).
  • Serve as a contact for partner engagement and joint pipeline generation across the NAM channel.

Performance Management

  • Execute against the marketing contribution model - pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and contribution to bookings.
  • Monitor pipeline and bookings continuously, adjusting plans to optimize ROI.
  • Equip SDRs and sales with the assets, plays, and follow-up motions needed to progress pipeline and accelerate opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a marketing voice with NAM sales leaders - presenting plans, results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Build constructive relationships across GTM (sales, SDR, partner, CX, product marketing), managing expectations and pushing back when needed.
  • Proactively surface field insights and needs to the broader marketing organization to keep priorities aligned.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Select and manage strategic vendors in line with privacy, compliance, and procurement requirements.
  • Negotiate scope, terms, and pricing in partnership with procurement.
  • Accurately manage budget, forecast spend, and report on ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the tech/software/SaaS industry, with demonstrated field marketing impact.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate sales priorities into measurable marketing strategies.
  • Proven application of modern marketing approaches - ABX/ABM, event marketing, partner marketing, and value-based selling motions.
  • Customer-first mindset; able to balance pipeline urgency with a high-quality buyer experience.
  • Working knowledge of the NAM partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, hyperscalers) and experience activating it for joint pipeline.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of running integrated campaigns and events end-to-end.
  • Experience collaborating with SDR/BDR, product marketing, enablement, and partner sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), webinar platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).
  • A proactive, resourceful attitude and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel across NAM as needed.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
