Field Operations Technician-Kauai

About the role

Join the Un-carrier movement and expand your skills and experience as a Field Technician covering the Kauai area within the Hawaii market. You'll provide technical support, manage projects, and perform operational tasks, all while being part of a dynamic and diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support within and occasionally outside the immediate team.
• Supports network performance initiatives and outage resolution.
• Takes on smaller projects or portions of key projects/initiatives, providing accurate status and progress updates.
• Identifies and shares potential process improvements and recommends them to senior technicians and management.
• Aids in creating job aids, scopes of work, methods/statement of procedures, and helpful tools, working closely with senior technicians.
• Enrolls in and completes training requirements to stay current on systems and products, grow skills, and expand proficiency in organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years wireless experience in field operations and maintenance preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in wireless telecommunications or related experience preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency with Ericsson field equipment preferred.

• Flexible hours a must. Day and night work are part of the job, as well as being part of an on-call rotation for the market.

Pay

The base pay range is $27.16 - $48.99. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Schedule

Flexible hours a must. Day and night work are part of the job, as well as being part of an on-call rotation for the market.
