FIELD OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN - Ft. Collins/Greeley CO

Join us in redefining remote connectivity. Our mission is to connect the unconnected with speed, reliability, and intelligence. We are currently seeking Field Operations Technicians to support our operations in Northern Colorado/SW Wyoming/UT.

Responsibilities

• Install, point, and commission RF systems components such as LTE, wireless point to point or multipoint radios, VSAT or microwave systems.
• Work in an oil and gas environment in remote locations.
• Drive to and from different job sites using a company vehicle.
• Lift rig kit equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous experience in telecommunications, wireless, basic internet industry, and/or electrical, telephone utilities.
• Experience in a variety of communications or electronic systems preferred.
• ComTrain Certification preferred.
• Ability to attend training in Midland, TX the first 30-60 days on the job.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Clean Drug and Alcohol Screening Test.
• Satisfactory Criminal and Employment Record Check.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, or participate in a shift rotation and on-call rotation when scheduled.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work primarily outdoors in an oil and gas environment in remote locations.

Skills

• Experience in a variety of communications or electronic systems.
• ComTrain Certification.
• Experience installing, pointing, and commissioning RF systems components such as LTE, wireless point to point or multipoint radios, VSAT or microwave systems.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
