Payrate: $42.57- $42.57/hr. Summary: Provide advanced product technical support to field teams, channel partners, and customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex product issues. This role serves as a technical resource for cross-functional teams, supports product improvement efforts, and helps strengthen technical and customer support capabilities across partner networks. The position requires strong diagnostic expertise, particularly in diesel engine electrical systems and emerging battery electric vehicle technologies, along with the ability to analyze data, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesLead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex product issues for field teams, channel partners, and customers by following established problem resolution processes.Utilize advanced diagnostic skills, systems, tools, and available technical information to identify root causes and resolve technical concerns.Analyze data from multiple sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to new and existing products.Serve as a technical resource for Product Support Representatives, Engineering, Quality Improvement Teams, and other stakeholders.Develop and document technical solutions, knowledge articles, and support bulletins that can be used by field teams and channel partners.Assist in identifying and gathering parts required for production-intent updates and technical improvements.Support field activities involving machine updates, testing, and implementation of production-intent or experimental parts.Contribute to the development of channel partner technical knowledge and customer support capabilities.Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the problem-solving process.Provide technical guidance and support while ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards. Education RequirementsMinimum two-year degree in one of the following disciplines:Electrical Engineering TechnologyDiesel Power TechnologyManufacturing Engineering TechnologyTechnology ManagementEquivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant work experience may be considered. Experience RequirementsExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving diesel engine systems.Experience working with electrical diagnostic systems and related technologies.Ability to analyze technical information from multiple sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Entry-level candidates with relevant education from an agricultural technology program or a similar technical discipline are encouraged to apply. Required SkillsStrong understanding of diesel engine diagnostics.Knowledge of electrical systems and electrical diagnostic procedures.Experience supporting or troubleshooting aftertreatment systems.Technical aptitude and ability to learn and utilize proprietary diagnostic tools and applications.Ability to perform advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, and customers.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.Ability to manage multiple technical issues and priorities in a structured environment. Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) systems.Experience supporting agricultural, diesel power, manufacturing, or related equipment technologies.Experience creating technical documentation, support solutions, or troubleshooting bulletins.Exposure to product support, field service, engineering support, or customer technical support environments. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.57 - $42.57 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
