About the role
This role serves as the bridge between Operations and Technology, helping field personnel successfully adopt tools that improve visibility, reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency. The position works directly with foremen, general foremen, superintendents, project managers, and office personnel to understand operational needs, gather requirements, provide training, and support long-term system utilization.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working with users in the field and office environments, driving adoption of new technologies, supporting operational workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
