Summary of Primary Functions

Responsible for erection of Tindall products based on Engineering plan specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality field services.
  • Knowledgeable in the precast erection process and support Superintendents in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Provide guidance and training to Field Superintendents in the development of the erection and Field Services process plan.
  • Coordinate erection and field service activities with all other functions of the organization and obtain necessary supplies for optimal production and resource utilization.
  • Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan for and schedule sub-contractors.
  • Contribute to research and development of new and emerging products.
  • Train and ensure compliance with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Achieve established costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
  • Provide input to the development of the strategic plan for the erection division.
  • Supervise Field Superintendents and / or Subcontractors.

Job Specifications Or Qualifications

  • Certificates, Licenses, Registration: OSHA 30 Certifications preferred.
  • Education: College Degree (4 year) preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of precast experience is preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: 3 to 5 (+) years is required.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and seldom more.
  • Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, and vibration.
  • Noise level in the work environment is often loud.

Travel Required

  • Employee will travel 3 days/week for day trips to job sites and occasionally travel out of town for job sites.
