Summary of Primary Functions
Responsible for erection of Tindall products based on Engineering plan specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality field services.
- Knowledgeable in the precast erection process and support Superintendents in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Provide guidance and training to Field Superintendents in the development of the erection and Field Services process plan.
- Coordinate erection and field service activities with all other functions of the organization and obtain necessary supplies for optimal production and resource utilization.
- Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to achieve business objectives.
- Plan for and schedule sub-contractors.
- Contribute to research and development of new and emerging products.
- Train and ensure compliance with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Achieve established costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Provide input to the development of the strategic plan for the erection division.
- Supervise Field Superintendents and / or Subcontractors.
Job Specifications Or Qualifications
- Certificates, Licenses, Registration: OSHA 30 Certifications preferred.
- Education: College Degree (4 year) preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of precast experience is preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: 3 to 5 (+) years is required.
Physical Demands
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and seldom more.
- Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, and vibration.
- Noise level in the work environment is often loud.

Travel Required
- Employee will travel 3 days/week for day trips to job sites and occasionally travel out of town for job sites.
