FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the role

Texas Gulf Recycling is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Located just outside of Boling, TX, they are dedicated to reducing waste sent to landfills in Wharton County.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign duties and projects to other employees.
• Aid employees with tasks as needed.
• Report on project progress and completion.
• Address and manage any issues or changes to projects and daily operations.
• Set and execute staff and project goals.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role with 10+ people.
