Responsibilities
- Manage on-site event operations to ensure timelines and client expectations are met.
- Cook up and supervise union labor.
- Develop and monitor labor budgets.
- Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules.
- Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details.
- Represent operations in client and internal meetings.
- Process work orders and payroll accurately.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience.
- Experience managing union labor.
- Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, on-site environments.
