Field Operations Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team.
• Development of an overall project plan and setting expectations for the project team.
• Delivery of project status to appropriate parties.
• Validation of project status and making recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Direction and alignment of manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Maintenance of adherence to defined processes and individual roles within the project team.
• Engagement with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in field management for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on structural concrete.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
