Field Operations Manager

Ferguson is now hiring an Operations Manager to lead business operations at the Pflugerville location. This role provides leadership for customer‑facing associates and branch functions, reports to the Branch Manager, oversees 21 associates with direct oversight of 5 associates.
Responsibilities
- Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools.
- Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among different departments to improve operational results.
- Ensure warehouse operations are led with efficiency and success.
- Handle inventory control in the warehouse.
- Interact with vendors to coordinate inventory returns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience coupled with handling inventory or operational tasks.
- Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with evolving business requirements.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations.
- Process‑oriented with good judgment and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to lead a team.
- Confirmed understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications.

Pay
Pay Range: $4,331.70 – $9,529.30 per month (salaried). This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
