Role OverviewThe Field Operations Coordinator supports the operational execution of projects across the Florida region, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across field and system processes.Partnering closely with the Director of Field Operations, Director of Project Management, and project teams, this role is responsible for maintaining project data integrity, supporting field operations, and ensuring adherence to JRM’s operational standards from project setup through closeout. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Leadership SupportProvide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Field OperationsPartner with field leadership to ensure alignment with operational standards and project execution prioritiesOrganize and document project kickoff meetings for upcoming projects Project Setup & Systems ManagementReview and approve new project entries within JRM systems to ensure complete and accurate setupOwn project setup and data integrity within systems throughout the project lifecycleEnter and maintain project team changes within Project Creator, as directedSet up Day 2 and Maintenance job numbers as required Procore AdministrationServe as the Florida Procore AdministratorSet up new projects upon issuance of job numbersUpload initial drawings and establish project teamsMaintain and update directory contacts, including subcontractors, vendors, clients, and design teamsAssign and manage appropriate permissions across all project stakeholdersUpload and manage project documentation as requestedProvide training and support to Project Managers and APMs on ProcoreDistribute documentation retention forms for closed projects Field Compliance & ReportingReview weekly superintendent compliance with JRM operational standards, including:Daily logsSubcontractor meeting minutesOpen and hot items listsLook-ahead schedulesDumpster ticketsOSR logsReport deficiencies and trends to the Director of Field Operations and Director of Project Management Jobsite Operations & ProcurementManage Florida jobsite material orders, including:Receiving and confirming approvalsPlacing orders with approved vendors (Colony, Amazon, United Rentals, etc.)Verifying invoices against orders and coding for processingMaintain jobsite inventory logs in coordination with SuperintendentsCoordinate printing requests for project teamsManage mini container scheduling and ticket tracking Labor & Payroll CoordinationReview and process JRM South in-house laborer timesheetsCoordinate scheduling of Pacesetter laborVerify payroll hours are submitted for closed projects and restrict billing to closed job numbers unless approved Project Closeout & CoordinationSupport project teams in driving project completion and issuance of punch list completion letters to clientsMonitor project closeout status and ensure required documentation is completedServe as backup for project controls functions, including material orders, during absences What Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely project setup and system managementStrong field compliance and visibility into operational performanceSeamless coordination between field teams, project teams, and leadershipProactive support that enables efficient project execution and closeout All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at JRM without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.
