Field Operations Administrator
Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a full-time Field Operations Administrator to join our Field Operations Department at our corporate headquarters in Anaheim, CA. This position requires Monday through Friday availability and candidates should have a commute of 30 miles or less to our office.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience
- Associate's degree (minimum) and/or substantial office experience preferred
- Independent worker
- Strong computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Suite Programs)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
- Verbal & written communication skills
- High energy, fast-paced & self-motivated
- Professionalism
- Task master

- Punctual and reliable (start time 7:30am)
Responsibilities
- Track/log/process paperwork (job packets, blueprints, checklists, receipts, etc.)
- Data entry
- Filing/phones/scanning/printing
- Support Field Foreman
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company
- Other duties as assigned
