Choices Case Management is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to transition from traditional clinical settings into the specialized field of Workers’ Compensation Medical Case Management. This is a training position designed for RNs without prior workers’ comp experience.

The role is field-based from your home office and includes local travel to medical provider offices.

Qualifications

• California Licensed RN
• Strong clinical experience and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Willingness to travel locally to provider appointments (approx. 60%)
• A desire to grow into a long-term professional case management career

Pay

$82,700 - $87,800 per hour
