About the role
Choices Case Management is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to transition from traditional clinical settings into the specialized field of Workers’ Compensation Medical Case Management. This is a training position designed for RNs without prior workers’ comp experience. The role is field-based from your home office and includes local travel to medical provider offices.

What We’re Looking For
California Licensed RN
Strong clinical experience and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Willingness to travel locally to provider appointments (approx. 60%)
A desire to grow into a long-term professional case management career

Pay Range
$82,700 - $87,800 per year
