Field Mechanic-Heavy Equipment
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP) to diagnose technical problems.
- Determine required repairs.
- Maintain equipment service records.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks onsite at customer locations.
- Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with the manufacturer's specifications.
- Hydraulic and diesel experience necessary.
- Strong electrical aptitude necessary.
- Must have clean, safe driving record.
- Prior mechanical and technical experience on large mobile equipment preferred.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check.
