Field Marketing Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is rapidly expanding and seeks ambitious individuals to join our high-energy team. We’ve grown from $2.7M to $292M in six years and are on track to reach $1B faster than any company in our industry.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new clients and set inspection appointments
• Promote our top-rated products and services
• Engage customers through face-to-face presentations
• Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen your skills

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• No prior experience or education required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, motivated, and eager to grow
• Flexible schedule: weekdays (11 AM–7 PM) and four weekend days per month

Pay

Hourly base pay plus bonuses with annual earning potential ranging from $65,000 to over $135,000 (no cap; not a commission-only position).
