TruHome is seeking motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representatives to join our growing team in Monroe, WI, and surrounding areas. This full-time, entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while earning additional income through performance-based bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners in local communities.
• Introduce homeowners to TruHome's products and services.
• Schedule free consultations with our design team.
• Generate leads and support company growth.
• Represent TruHome in a professional and positive manner.

• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Pay

$15/hour base pay + uncapped bonuses and commission opportunities.
