Field Marketing Representative

About the role

NECOA, by Coway, and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a Field Marketing Representative in the Frisco, TX area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products within local businesses and selling events.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate cutting edge NECOA water purification products at local businesses and selling events
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff at local events
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Report and provide competitive insights
• Effectively market direct to consumers and businesses while advocating NECOA home water purification solutions
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by assessing needs and suggest products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales and sales leads

Requirements

• Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
• Validate driver’s license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Benefits

• $18-$20/hr base pay, paid weekly
