What You'll Own

  • Plan, produce, and run the full lifecycle of North America events and webinars — concept, speaker/content coordination, promotion, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up/reporting.
  • Build and manage relationships with industry associations, user groups, analysts, and partner organizations relevant to SAP-driven finance and procurement audiences.
  • Partner closely with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure our local marketing activities generate measurable pipeline, qualified meetings, and revenue opportunities.
  • Build direct relationships with customers and drive the creation of case studies and reference stories that support sales and brand credibility.
  • Own lead capture, routing, and follow-up workflows in HubSpot for all North America events and campaigns, ensuring clean handoff to the BDR/sales team.
  • Shape and manage the regional marketing budget to maximize impact, with co-ownership in driving overall marketing strategy for North America.
  • Act as the link between global marketing HQ and North America execution, keeping regional plans aligned with central priorities and vice versa.
  • Translate central messaging, campaigns, and content into initiatives that land with the North America market and its specific audiences.
  • Hands-On Delivery: This is a builder role, not a strategist-only seat — you'll be running the logistics as much as setting the plan.

What You Bring

  • Experience working hand-in-hand with software sales teams, with a strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead conversion, and sales enablement.
  • Proven experience organizing B2B events and webinars end-to-end (not just supporting them).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience managing relationships with industry communities, associations, or external partner/stakeholder networks.
  • Comfort engaging directly with customers and turning those relationships into case studies and proof points.
  • Comfort operating as a bridge between global and local teams, translating central strategy into regional action.
  • A growth mindset: comfortable in a scaling organization, willing to build processes where none exist yet.
  • Hands-on mentality: equally comfortable planning a strategy and stuffing swag bags.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including bi-yearly HQ visits and Boston office team events.
