We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (but we shouldn't repeat job title as heading; we can use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The posting includes sections: About the Role (intro), Job Type, Compensation, Location/Territory, Regular Schedule, Travel, What You’ll Do (with subsections), What You’ll Bring (Required, Preferred), Why People Love Working Here, Benefits & Perks, About Us, etc. We need to include only sections with real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Express Flooring is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications." maybe keep? It's about compensation but not specific; but we already have Pay section with range. Might keep as part of Pay? Probably not needed. Also "About Us" paragraph maybe keep as prose? It's about company; could be included as a section? Not listed as allowed headings but we could include as

About Us? Not in allowed list but we could treat as generic? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those. Safer to stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph(s) about role, mission, etc. Could be under

    About the role

. - Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (with subpoints). Could be under

    Responsibilities

. - Requirements: What You’ll Bring Required (list). Could be under

    Requirements

. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred? Could be under

    Qualifications

or Skills? The instruction includes Qualifications as a heading. We'll put Preferred experience and education under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could include some skills like proficiency with Microsoft Office, organizational, project management, communication, etc. Could be under

    Skills

. But we already have many in Requirements. Might combine. - Benefits: Benefits & Perks list. Under

    Benefits

. - Pay: Compensation range. Under

    Pay

. - Schedule: Regular Schedule (Thursday–Monday with Tuesday & Wednesday off; Weekend availability required). Under

    Schedule

. Also location/territory maybe could be part of About the role or separate? Not required heading; we could embed in About the role paragraph. Travel requirement maybe also in About the role or Responsibilities. We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure we have substantive content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Field Marketing Manager

. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...
We need to break responsibilities into list items. The responsibilities section includes several bullet-like paragraphs: Build the Market & Event Strategy, Event Operations & Engagement, Build & Coach the Team, Drive Performance. Each has sub-bullets. We could make top-level list items for each main responsibility, and within each maybe nested list? But instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could nest but okay. We'll produce
      • Build the Market & Event Strategy
        • Build and manage the territory’s event calendar...
        • ...
      • etc. Similarly for Requirements: list items. Qualifications: Preferred experience and education. Skills: maybe list of skills: Strong business acumen, organizational, project management, communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to travel, etc. But we might avoid duplication. Could put skills under Requirements. But we have separate headings allowed; we can include Skills if we have content. Let's extract content. About the role intro: "As our Field Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in building Express Flooring’s event presence across Arizona. You’ll own the local event strategy — building the calendar, executing trade shows and community activations, and creating experiences that generate qualified leads and in-home appointments for our sales team. This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who can think strategically and execute in the field. Working closely with the Director of Events, you’ll build our local presence, recruit and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors, and continuously improve performance as the market grows. If you’re a confident field marketer who enjoys building something from the ground up and seeing a direct connection between your work and business results, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact." Also Job Type, Compensation, Location/Territory, Regular Schedule, Travel. We'll incorporate location and schedule elsewhere. We'll put location and schedule maybe in About the role or separate Schedule section. Let's create About the role paragraph that includes: role description, location (Arizona), schedule (Thursday–Monday with Tuesday & Wednesday off; Weekend availability required), travel requirement. But schedule will have its own section; we can still mention briefly. Better to keep About the role focused on role description, and then Schedule section for schedule details. Thus About the role paragraph: description of role, mission, working with Director, etc. Not include schedule. Now Responsibilities: list as described. Let's extract responsibilities content: Build the Market & Event Strategy - Build and manage the territory’s event calendar, with the goal of growing the market to 25+ events per month across trade shows, community events, partnerships, and local activations. - Develop an event strategy focused on brand visibility, lead generation, appointment setting, and ROI. - Build relationships with event organizers and community partners to secure new opportunities and expand Express Flooring’s local presence. Event Operations & Engagement - Own event execution from logistics and setup through staffing and on-site performance. - Maintain a strong field presence, personally working events and engaging homeowners as the market and team grow. - Create professional, engaging experiences that generate qualified leads and in-home consultation opportunities while representing Express Flooring’s brand. Build & Coach the Team - Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Brand Ambassadors as the market grows. Teach and model effective customer engagement, lead generation, qualification, appointment-setting, and brand representation. - Provide regular in-field coaching, feedback, and performance management to strengthen individual and team results. - Build a culture of energy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive Performance - Track lead volume, appointment generation, event costs, conversion trends, and other key performance indicators to understand event effectiveness. - Use performance data to determine where to invest, where to adjust, and which events should become part of the ongoing market strategy. - Manage event budgets and resources with a strong focus on ROI. - Partner closely with the Director of Events and other business leaders to communicate results, opportunities, and recommendations. Now Requirements (Required): - 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, lead generation, or a related customer-facing environment. - Proven experience planning and executing trade shows, canvassing, community events, activations, or face-to-face lead-generation programs. - Experience recruiting, leading, and coaching customer-facing teams such as Brand Ambassadors, promoters, sales representatives, or event staff. - Strong business acumen with experience evaluating event performance, lead metrics, budgets, and ROI. - Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and regularly work weekends based on the event schedule. Preferred (Qualifications): - Experience in home improvement, home services, remodeling, flooring, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, or another in-home sales environment where field marketing generates leads or appointments for a sales team. - Understanding of the customer journey from event engagement to in-home sales consultation. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: maybe we can list: Strong business acumen, organizational, project management, communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to travel, weekend work, etc. But many already in Requirements. Could still create Skills section with those. Benefits & Perks list: - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan options - Company-paid virtual primary care, urgent care, and mental health coverage - Health Savings Account (with HDHP enrollment) - Health & dependent care flexible spending accounts - Company-paid basic life insurance - Voluntary supplemental life insurance - Company-paid short-term disability insurance - Voluntary long-term disability - Company-paid Accident and Hospital Indemnity - 401(k) with company match (Pre-tax & Roth options) - Paid PTO, bereavement leave, and maternity leave - 7 company-paid holidays - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Company-paid loss support and legacy planning Pay: Compensation Range: $55,000 USD - $65,000 USD annual salary + bonus opportunities (mentioned earlier). Also "Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annual salary + bonus opportunities". We'll include that. Schedule: Regular Schedule: Thursday–Monday with Tuesday & Wednesday off; Weekend availability is required. Also location/territory: Arizona. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section? Not required heading; we can embed in About the role. Travel: Travel throughout the assigned territory is required based on the event schedule. Could be in Responsibilities or Requirements; we already have ability to travel in Requirements. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications." We'll omit. Also remove "About Us" paragraph and EEO statement. Now produce HTML. We'll need to properly escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's craft.
