What You'll Do
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards.
- Serve as the primary field liaison between customers, subcontractors, installation crews, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, monitor workmanship, and ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or field management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction, finish carpentry, window installation, trim installation, or exterior building products
- Experience managing multiple active projects across several job sites
- Residential production builder experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and installation drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and mobile project management software
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Primarily field-based with daily travel between customer homes, jobsites, and branch locations
- Frequent exposure to active construction sites and varying weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform physical inspections throughout the workday
- Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to travel between multiple job sites daily
- May require extended hours to support project schedules and customer commitments
