Responsibilities
- Lead field deployment and conversion operations supporting customer implementations and organizational growth initiatives.
- Drive operational consistency, deployment quality, technician accountability, and execution standards across field operations.
- Support development of scalable operational frameworks, deployment workflows, and field execution strategies.
- Establish KPIs focused on deployment timelines, installation quality, technician performance, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Own daily field deployment activities including installations, conversions, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician utilization.
- Manage resource allocation, travel coordination, deployment readiness, and operational execution across active projects.
- Ensure customer sites are fully operational, validated, documented, and transitioned appropriately prior to technician departure.
- Lead field escalation management and operational recovery efforts minimizing customer impact and business disruption.
- Conduct field evaluations and operational reviews to improve quality, consistency, and execution outcomes.
- Lead onsite operational execution for conversions, retrofit initiatives, technology deployments, and customer implementations.
- Ensure alignment with Logistics, Engineering, Support, and Project teams regarding equipment readiness and deployment requirements.
- Drive accountability for first-time-right installations, reduced rework, and operational consistency across deployments.
- Oversee installation workflows, deployment standards, operational handoff procedures, and customer readiness validation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop field technicians and operational personnel.
- Establish accountability standards, performance expectations, and operational coaching initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, technician onboarding, scheduling coordination, and operational development strategies.
- Create a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, customer focus, and execution accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, deployment scalability, and field execution quality.
- Standardize field workflows, operational procedures, and deployment practices across regions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety requirements, operational standards, and technical procedures.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies, field operations trends, and deployment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technology, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in field operations, deployment management, technical services, or operational leadership.
- Experience supporting multi-site deployments, conversions, and customer-facing implementations preferred.
- Experience managing field technicians and operational personnel preferred.
