About the Role
University Behavioral Associates (UBA), part of Montefiore Medical Center, is seeking a skilled and motivated Intake Coordination Supervisor to lead intake operations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure families receive timely, high‑quality support. What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee and streamline all intake and administrative operations for UBA Child Welfare programs, including:
- Coordinate and manage all incoming referrals
- Ensure smooth workflow across teams, working closely with supervisors to balance caseloads and meet funder expectations
- Serve as a key liaison with funders and community providers to maintain strong collaboration and service quality
- Review clinical reports and track key deliverables, ensuring services are timely, accurate, and impactful
- Oversee charting compliance
- Provide ancillary supervision, facilitate team meetings, and conduct in‑service trainings as needed
What You Bring
- Master's Degree required; Doctorate preferred
- MSW, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical master's degree
- 1–3 years’ experience working with families involved in or at risk of child welfare involvement
- 1–3 years of clinical experience
- Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills
- Comfort with computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Experience serving low‑income and culturally diverse populations
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Range: $66,560.00 – $83,200.00 (Starting Salary: $72,800)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (7.5 hours daily)
- Location: 334 E. 148th St., 2nd Fl., Bronx, NY 10451 (some travel required)
