Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Area Supervisors and Field Specialists.
- Plan and execute field operations according to order requirements.
- Maintain an exceptional client and public experience.
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Communicate with clients and address concerns.
- Prepare and present reports to higher management.
- Monitor AS performance monthly.
Qualifications
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical skills, such as computer skills, data analysis, and budget management.
- Leadership skills, such as motivation, inspiration, and delegation.
- Problem-solving skills, such as creativity, critical thinking, and adaptability.
- Decision-making skills, such as logic, analysis, and judgment.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office software systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing field conditions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver's license.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or relevant experience.
