This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in the field. This position is not entry-level. Candidates must have prior experience in door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, outside sales, or field team leadership and understand the expectations of working in a field-based role. The Field Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining structure, and holding team members accountable while leading from the front. This team operates with a high level of professionalism, discipline, and clear communication. While much of your time will be spent in the field managing and supporting team members, you will report to the Nicholasville office for meetings, planning, training, and business-related activities. This role requires coaching, accountability, performance management, and leadership by example.
