Field Manager at 7v7 Football Tournament

Responsibilities and Duties

• Facilitate an exceptional on-field experience for all participating athletes.
• Interpret field/football rules and regulations (you will receive a copy of the rules).
• Cook up to 4 meals for participants ($40 total) or coordinate meal provision.
• Care for equipment and facilities before and after games.
• Coordinate communication between referees and coaching staff to ensure a smooth and efficient game pace.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

• Freshman-level knowledge of football rules and regulations.
• High level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, coaches, and athletes.
• High level of punctuality to ensure events begin on schedule.

Pay

You will be paid $18/hour for this position. A $10 meal stipend will be added for up to 4 meals ($40) or meals may be provided.

Schedule

Saturday 2/21 - 6:30am-8:30pm; Sunday 2/22 - 6:30am-6:00pm
