About the role
A Field Management Technician supports survey or construction activities. Duties vary based on specialty area and may include setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment, inspecting engineering installations for compliance with specifications, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with the building, repair, or maintenance of structures or roadways.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Proven capacity to work autonomously, comprehend and execute complex instructions with precision
- Substantial experience in coordinating vendors and managing work schedules efficiently
- Experience working in a high-performance team environment
- Working knowledge of building/construction or building supplies
