Field Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, capable Field Maintenance Technician who wants hands-on work today and the opportunity to grow with us as we scale. You will drive our company-owned van to the job sites and complete our unique solutions to home maintenance for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company-owned van to job sites
• Complete pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning services
• Identify additional homeowner needs and communicate effectively with clients
• Work independently in occupied homes in a customer-facing role

Requirements

• Pass a background check
• Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and professionalism
• Clear communication and follow-through skills
• Prior experience in hands-on maintenance or trade-related work, especially in customer-facing environments, is helpful but not required

Pay

$18 to $22 per hour to start, based on experience.

Schedule

This is a non-construction, non-licensed repair role with the possibility of more consistent work and increased responsibility as the team grows.
